  1. Parmesan Crusted Tilapia
    Fresh Costa Rica farm raised tilapia fillet crusted with Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs, then pan seared. Served with lemon-caper butter sauce.
  2. California Dreamin'
    Fresh Pacific salmon lightly brushed with our honey ancho glaze then slow grilled to perfection. Garnished with our pico de gallo.
  3. Shrimp & Cheesy Risotto
    Blackened shrimp, sauteed in white wine, lemon and garlic, atop our famous risotto that’s been infused with cheddar jack cheese. All topped with crispy bacon and green onions. Served with a drizzle of sriracha for that final kick! OMG!
  4. Chicken Marsala
    Grilled chicken breast topped with our made-from-scratch Marsala sauce, with garlic mushrooms and onions.
  5. Fireside Melt
    Boneless chicken tenders tossed in any one of our wing sauces, then topped with smoked bacon and melted cheddar-jack cheese. Garnished with sour cream and salsa fresca.
  6. 'Cane Pole Catfish
    Fresh Mississippi catfish fillet hand breaded then crispy fried.
