    5 Lolipop lamb chops marinated and perfectly grilled, placed on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes and topped with mint pesto. Served with a side salad.
  3. Ancho and Honey Glazed Pork Chop
    White Marble Farms bone-in pork chop brushed with an Anco chile and honey glaze, then grilled
  4. The Fireside Filet
    A hand cut USDA choice filet seasoned with cracked black pepper and sea salt, grilled to order. Add bleu cheese sauce and crumbled smoked bacon $25.99.
